Terms of Service
Please read over my terms of service before placing an order. These rules are very important when it comes to working with me through the commission process.
The Customer Agrees to the Following
-
I hold the right to decline a commission for any reason or if it goes against my own morals.
-
I can cancel a commission at any time if a customer becomes unruly and hard to work with. This will result in a forfeit of any payments made.
-
If a customer would like to change the idea that was first agreed upon before their turn in queue arrives, a new invoice will be sent and an extra 10% will be tacked on for my time.
-
All correspondence will be done via email unless stated otherwise on another platform.
-
The customer has 24 hours to pay an invoice once a commission is agreed upon and an invoice is sent. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the invoice. You may try again but an extra 10% will be tacked on for my time.
-
All commissions, except reference sheets, are required to have some type of visual reference, be it an actual reference sheet, or another piece of art from another artist. I also accept Second Life screenshots as long as they are a clear depiction of the character.
-
I will not be held accountable if the provided reference is unclear or out of date. The reference you provide to me will be the one I look off of for details, markings, species specifics, etc.
-
If a reference fails to depict any details I need for your commission, an extra 10% fee will be tacked onto the final price.
-
As the artist, I retain full rights to every image I produce and may use them for advertisements, as prints, and host in my galleries.
-
Only the commissioner(s) may repost the artwork to use in RP or character description. Other sites that post the art must give credit to me as the artist and claim the character isn't theirs.
Payment and Refunds
-
Payments are accepted only via online payment forms (not all online forms accepted) for all types of works unless you are ordering in person, where I will accept cash. No checks.
-
Commissions must be paid in full before I begin work on your piece.
-
Payment plans are only accepted on pieces that are $200 or more, and require at least half down. The customer has 60 days to pay off the remaining portion. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the down payment and the cancellation of the order.
-
Exchanges are accepted, as long as I have not already started on your piece. You will be credited towards another piece of art of similar value.
-
Refunds are not accepted. All sales final.

Shipping and Handling
-
Shipping and handling is offered for traditional works at extra cost. If you do not want to pay for shipping you will not receive the physical copy of your artwork.
-
All artwork is shipped with signature confirmation (within the USA). No exceptions. If you do not sign for your package and it comes back to me you will be required to pay another shipping fee.
-
Once the art is out the door it is out of my hands. I will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged goods.
-
Quotes: A customer may come to me at anytime to request a quote. A quote will be valid for one month. After that time the quote can be reinstated but will have a small fee attached to it for my time. The only time the lifetime of a quote will extend past 30 days is if I say otherwise.
-
I open commissions at the beginning of every month. If you'd like a quote you may fill out a commission form, which is located in the tabs above, and email it to me. Subject: Commission Inquiry. I will respond and we will discuss further.
-
Once payment is made, you will receive a time frame when I believe I will be able start your piece. If something comes up where I will have to move your commission back, you will be notified immediately.
-
I will then sketch out your piece and send you a WIP. You may request changes during this stage before I move onto completing the piece. This is the only time you can request major changes. After the WIP has been approved the only changes I can make are color related ones. Any further WIPs will be an additional $5.
-
Once all work is completed you will receive both the full resolution and a smaller size of your commission that you may post online.
